1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in Greener Grass days activities you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that engaging in farm activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or damage to personal property. Participants voluntarily assume all such risks.
3. Loss of Personal Belongings
The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the farm premises by participants. It is recommended that participants secure their personal belongings appropriately.
4. Animal Interaction and Safety
Participants understand and accept the risks associated with interacting with farm animals. The Company is not responsible for any injuries, including bites or scratches, resulting from interactions with animals.
5. Insurance for Injury
The Company maintains insurance coverage for injuries that may occur during the corporate team building activities. Participants are required to report any injuries promptly to the staff.
6. Responsible Drinking
Alcohol may be provided during the corporate team building activities, and participants are expected to drink responsibly. The Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.
7. Intoxication
Participants are responsible for monitoring their alcohol intake to avoid intoxication. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or participation to any individual who appears intoxicated. If intoxicated, participants may be asked to leave the premises.
8. Refund Policy
Cancellation of team building activities must be communicated to Greener Grass days with at least a two-week notice. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled date. Additionally, the £1000 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of staff, other participants, and the animals. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the day.
10. Changes to Activities
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the team building activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the farm-based activities at Greener grass days constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
